Q) We are a new business and just want to have a smart web presence without spending lots of money. What is your cheapest package, and how long does it take to produce? A) The Business Startup Package currently costs £450 and is designed for new businesses who want to get a web presence online FAST. Within two weeks of your first phone call we can have the site finished and online, (providing you supply us with all the necessary text!)
Q) How many meetings do we need? Do we come to you or do you come to us? A) Depending on your package we could have as many meetings as you like but in general like to have at least two qulaity sessions face to face where we come to you. Due to the joys of email though it is possible to do everything online if that is more convenient. Q) How high up Google will we be after our website is live? A) This depends on a variety of factors, how competitive your market is, how old your domain name is, what keyphrases people will be searching for etc. We cannot guarantee anything but would like to see a steady rise up the rankings within 4 - 6 months of going online.
Q) After you have built our website, will we be able to update the site ourselves? A) Yes, if you want to. We can provide you with a CMS (content management system) that allows you to easily edit the content on your site, either custom-made by ourselves in PHP, or via Wordpress.
Q) How much is my web hosting? A) We offer free hosting for 1 year, £35/year thereafter. NB* This does not include domain re-registration fees.
Q) How and when do we pay? A) For BESPOKE projects we will require a 30% deposit up front with the remainder 30 days due after completion, but for all our other packages we won't charge you a penny until you're 100% satiisfied.
Q) Can I have e-commerce integrated in my business start-up package. A) No. We can include a simple Paypal-based payment system in our PRO Business package, but for more complicated e-commerce solutions you would have to take out a BESPOKE package.
Q) What sort of aftercare do you supply? A) For the first three months we offer free aftercare with any issues, and hopefully by then you will be totally happy using your CMS and updating your website yourself. After this period is finished we charge a pretty generous £20/hour for any other tweaking, problem-solving, re-designs etc.
